Intuitive Eating Group

Our Intuitive Eating Group allows clients to explore their relationship with food and their bodies through the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating.

The next cycle of our Intuitive Eating group is set to begin soon. In this closed 12-week group, clients will have a chance to learn more about each of the ten principles of Intuitive Eating while sharing and processing their experiences with each topic with their peers. The group is led by one of our non-diet, weight-neutral registered dietitians. This group is currently offered to individuals 18+ years of age.

Why intuitive eating?
