Payment & Insurance

We strive to provide high-quality, accessible services to all clients.

We now accept Yale Health Plan, which covers Yale University employees and their dependents, and eligible students who have opted into the university’s insurance plan. Please note that an approved referral is required. For more information about Yale Health Plan coverage, please contact us.

We are out-of-network with all other insurance carriers at this time. We are able to provide superbills for our clients to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your policy and coverage.

Payments can be made by credit, debit, or FSA/HSA card using our secure online processor. If you need to arrange an alternate form of payment, please discuss this with your provider. All payments are expected at the time of service. Sliding scale options can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
