Who We Work With

We work with individuals looking to improve their relationship with food or overall health through an all-foods can-fit, intuitive eating, and health at every size-oriented lens. We specialize in working with eating disorders & disordered eating, chronic dieting, and certain gastrointestinal health conditions like celiac disease. We support individuals with medically necessary dietary limitations (such as a gluten-free diet to manage celiac disease) during or after recovery from an eating disorder.

In-Person & Virtual Services

We offer the option of in-person or telehealth sessions. Telehealth sessions are completed 100% virtually using a HIPAA-compliant video call platform.

Our Philosophy & Approach

Our practice is based in principles of intuitive eating and an all foods can fit model. We believe that all food is morally neutral and that health involves the physical, mental, and social realms, among others that are important to our clients. We work from a Health at Every Size-aligned and weight-neutral perspective. Our primary goal is to support our clients in fostering a happy and healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

When working with clients, we use a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. If given clients’ permission, we are in regular communication with our clients’ outside treatment team members, including doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, and other specialists. This allows us to provide comprehensive and holistic care to each of our clients. We consider each client’s individual preferences, history, and needs when making recommendations rather than using a cookie-cutter approach for everyone.
