Intuitive eating coaching aims to improve your relationship with food and help you ditch diet culture for good.

For those looking to improve their relationship with food. This service is not for those with an eating disorder but may be an option for relapse prevention following other treatment.

We will work with you to discover what barriers are standing between you and a peaceful relationship with food. In follow-up sessions, we will continually explore any obstacles in your relationship with food and how to navigate them through the lens of the principles of Intuitive Eating. This service centers around helping you develop a positive relationship with food and say goodbye to diet culture, and does not involve nutrition counseling for medical conditions.

How It Works

Step 1: Getting Started.

Schedule a free discovery call, which you can do by clicking here. You’re not committing to working with us if you complete the call — it simply allows us to answer your questions and get the process started.

Step 2: The First Session.

We’ll get started with a 60-minute intake appointment where we’ll talk about your relationship with food and your body, your current eating and movement patterns, and anything else that you think is relevant to our work together. We’ll also discuss your goals for our work together. This intake appointment helps us determine that we are a good fit to work together and that we are able to provide the care that is best suited for your needs.

Step 3: Follow-Up Sessions.

Our follow-up sessions will give us the chance to discuss barriers to the goals we set in improving your relationship with food and how to use the principles of Intuitive Eating to navigate around them.

Follow-up sessions may be booked as part of a 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month package to solidify your commitment to improving your relationship with food and your overall well-being. All coaching follow-up sessions will be 30 minutes long.
